Decibel has introduced Flow, a new coffee table designed in collaboration with multidisciplinary designer Daniel Germani. First debuted at ICFF, the piece marks the first table in Decibel Editions, the brand’s new series of designer-led furniture and interior works created through sustainable digital manufacturing.

3D printed by Decibel in New Jersey from post-industrial waste material, Flow explores the expressive potential of large-scale additive manufacturing. The table is composed of stacked, wave-like layers that shift from deep amber to smoky translucent clear, giving the piece the appearance of glass, resin, and moving water suspended in a single form.

From the front, Flow reads as a series of horizontal strata, each layer bending into soft, undulating curves beneath a clean rectangular surface. From the side, its ribbed structure reveals a more intricate transparency, catching and refracting light through the printed layers. As the viewer moves around the table, the material appears to glisten, creating a subtle lenticular effect that changes with light, angle, and perspective.
“With Flow, we explore new materials and manufacturing techniques,” said Daniel Germani. “3D printing challenged us to approach design in a completely different way. Layer by layer, the curved structure came to life. The result is a functional piece that balances practical design with innovation.”
